Refunds Policy.

Due to the nature of the product supplied and the service offered by YACHTROPE.COM for cut to length marine rope, the responsibility for product selection, in terms of product type, diameter, colour and required length, are entirely the customers.

YACHTROPE.COM does not take responsibility for the incorrect product selection by the customer and as such is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement product, for an error of this nature.

Any complaints must be made to YACHTROPE.COM by email to sales@yachtrope.com or by telephone on the helpline number 0121 708 2878. Following evaluation of the complaint any subsequent refunds will be given at the discretion of YACHTROPE.COM management.

If for some reason the product despatched by YACHTROPE.COM does not match that specified in the customer order, then YACHTROPE.COM will replace the incorrect product, following its return, with the correct specified product at no additional charge to the customer.

In addition if product is deemed, to be damaged or faulty by the customer, following its delivery, then YACHTROPE.COM will replace the specific product, following its return with no additional charge.

Please note YACHTROPE.COM must be notified of the return, by email to sales@yachtrope.com or by telephone on the helpline number 0121 708 2878, within 15 days from receipt of the goods.
